Angie’s Mushroom Soup
Take some fresh NZ gourmet mushrooms, dehydrate and powder them. Add in some accompanying flavours. Tomato, Onion, Thyme, Garlic and you have yourselves the perfect soup recipe!
This hearty flavour packed soup is ideal for chilly winter mornings or evenings.
Simply add the contents of the jar to a saucepan. Add 600 ml of water and simmer on medium heat for at least 10 mins to ensure all ingredients have re-hydrated.
