Simple to prepare and is ready when you are!
Simply add 2 Tablespoons of butter or coconut oil to a hot pan.
Empty the contents of the Shiitake Mushroom Risotto mix into the pan. Add 1 cup of hot water, stirring constantly.
Keep adding hot water until the rice becomes creamy or cooked to your liking.
Season with Salt & Pepper to taste and top with your choice of Cheese or your other favorite toppings.
Taste the risotto — it should be creamy and thick. It’s best al dente, which means it should be fully cooked, yet still retain some firmness when you chew it
Substitute some of the water for a half cup of white wine.
Arborio Rice, Dried Shiitake Mushroom, Shiitake Mushroom Powder, Peas, Onion, Thyme, Garlic Powder, Bay Leaf
